The practice became independent after a layoff period that clarified what I wanted to build next: smaller, higher-trust engagements where senior technical judgment is close to the work and decisions are made with the people shipping it.

Over the last two decades I have worked across ecommerce, enterprise platforms, digital product delivery, and engineering leadership. My work has included Fortune 500 brands, consultancy environments, and growth-stage teams where technical decisions carry immediate business consequences.
